Prices displayed on the website are available only via online purchases and are not guaranteed to be matched in the Flagship Scuba retail store.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is fulfilled by couriers, and only within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Generally, orders received before 12pm will be shipped on the same day, and will be fulfilled within 1-7 working days depending on stock availability, unless you are advised otherwise. This may be affected by busy periods of the year. Flagship Scuba operates between Tuesday – Saturday during the week, and orders will only be processed within this time.

Your item will be registered with the couriers and will require a signature on delivery. Only 2 attempts will be made for a delivery, after which the goods will be returned to us for further instructions. A further delivery charge will then apply.

Should an item ordered be unavailable for any reason, you will be notified and refunded as soon as it is brought to our attention.

Below is a breakdown of delivery costs:

  • Under 1kg – €8
  • 1kg – 25kg – €12
  • Price per 25kg thereafter – €12
  • Orders over €125 qualify for free delivery, except for diving cylinders due to weight and size. Cylinders can only be shipped empty.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to a ‘cooling-off’ period, whereby you have 14 days on receipt of goods to return them for a full refund or exchange. In this case you must pay for the return delivery of goods. Goods must be in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. This means the goods can NOT be unpackaged or used in any way, tags cannot be taken off. Goods will be inspected by Flagship Scuba, and in the event that they are not in a resaleable condition, a refund will not be issued, and the goods will be returned at your expense. You must inform Flagship when you wish to return an item for refund or exchange by emailing, or calling 01 284 5180.

Damaged Goods on Delivery

In the unlikely situation where goods are damaged in transit, Flagship Scuba must be notified within 48 hours of your receipt of damaged goods. A replacement item or refund will be issued once goods have been returned to Flagship Scuba, depending on you, the customer’s preference.


Warranties differ between products. All new items have a 12 month warranty. Suunto dive computers bought directly from us have an extended 5 year warranty.
